In-app purchases are generally processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

By completing an in-app purchase, you agree to the purchase terms presented by the applicable app store.

Except where required by applicable law or app store policies, completed purchases may be non-refundable.

Deleting an application may not automatically restore or preserve consumable purchases or application data.

Where supported, eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored using the functionality provided by the application or applicable app store.

Subscriptions

Some applications may offer automatically renewing subscriptions.

Subscriptions may provide access to premium features, increased usage limits, additional content, or other benefits described in the applicable application.

Subscriptions are generally purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Unless cancelled, an automatically renewing subscription may renew at the end of each billing period according to the terms of the applicable app store.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.

Deleting an application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

You must cancel the subscription through the applicable app store if you do not want it to renew.

Subscription Trials and Promotional Offers

Some applications may offer free trials, introductory prices, discounts, or other promotional subscription terms.

Eligibility, duration, pricing, renewal terms, and availability of promotional offers may vary.

Unless cancelled before the end of a trial or promotional period, a subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription according to the terms displayed before purchase.

The applicable app store controls billing and eligibility for these offers.

Prices

Prices may vary depending on:

• the application;
• the product or subscription;
• the user's country or region;
• currency;
• applicable taxes;
• promotional offers; and
• Apple App Store or Google Play pricing rules.

We may change prices, purchase options, subscription plans, or included features from time to time.

Changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled according to applicable law and the policies of the relevant app store.

Payments

Payments for purchases made through our mobile applications are generally processed by Apple or Google.

We do not directly receive or store your full credit-card number, bank-account details, or card security code for purchases processed through an app store.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, privacy policies, and billing rules of the applicable payment provider or app store.

Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are generally subject to Apple's refund rules and procedures.

Purchases made through Google Play are generally subject to Google Play's refund rules and procedures.

Refund requests may need to be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

We cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-Party Services

Our applications may use third-party providers to deliver certain functionality.

Depending on the application, third-party services may include providers of:

• cloud hosting and storage;

• subscription management;

Where these Terms conflict with mandatory requirements imposed by Apple, Google, or applicable law, those mandatory requirements will apply.

Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee that any application or feature will always be available or operate without interruption.

Services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• technical failures;
• network outages;
• third-party provider failures;
• security issues;
• changes in legal or regulatory requirements; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue applications or features when reasonably necessary.

Changes to Features

We may add, modify, restrict, replace, or remove functionality from our applications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using any of our Services at any time.

Where an application uses an account, you may also have the ability to request account or data deletion as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary if:

• you materially violate these Terms;
• you abuse or attempt to compromise the Services;
• your use creates a security or legal risk; or
• we are legally required to restrict access.

Termination of access or deletion of an application does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google.

Subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable app store.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our applications, business practices, legal requirements, or third-party services.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with revised Terms, you should stop using the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights or other rights that you may have under the laws applicable in your country or region.
